Job Title: Mechanical Design Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Intern to join our engineering team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to mechanical design, product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is eager to apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to innovative engineering solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with prototyping (hands-on work).
• Develop 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (Fusion 360).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and quality engineers to optimize designs.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
• Understanding of DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles.
• Exposure to PDM (Product Data Management) systems.

Key Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in : Mechanical, Industrial Design
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with CAD software Fusion 360, AutoCad (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• CAD Software: Fusion 360, AutoCAD, (basic proficiency)
• Knowledge in Machining, 3D Printing, Molding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
