Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Respiratory Therapist to deliver impactful clinical training, product demos, and on-site support. In this role, you’ll empower clinical users and internal teams with the knowledge to effectively deploy our advanced respiratory devices, bridging the gap between innovation and frontline care.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Training & Education:
- Conduct hands-on, on-site training and post-installation education sessions for physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and staff.
- Deliver structured in-service programs to support both new and experienced users in effective equipment operation and protocol adherence.Clinical Support:
- Provide real-time support during ICU onboarding and initial patient cases to make sure the correct clinical application of life-support devices is correct.
- Extend on-ground or remote support at short notice for troubleshooting and user confidence-building.Pre-sales & Technical Liaison:
- Assist the sales team with clinical presentations and product demonstrations during evaluations.
- Serve as a clinical point of contact for hospitals, helping interpret data, address product queries, and support clinical decision-making.
User Feedback & Product Insights:
- Gather insights from end-users and clinical experiences to support continuous product development and internal feedback loops.
- Stay updated with current critical care protocols, technology advancements, and therapy guidelines to ensure relevant clinical engagement.Key Requirements:
- Demonstrates sound clinical judgment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in medical device education, critical care device commissioning etc.
- Ability to translate complex clinical scenarios into actionable insights for both users and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor in Respiratory Therapist
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience clinical application is preferred.
